It can take up to 10 minutes for emails to be sent from the web portal. Questions about applying online

How can I apply?

You can apply to study at Leipzig University via the "Application" menu. Once there, search for the study programme you are interested in by clicking on "Find courses offered". Choose the applicable subject area and/or type of degree or the semester of study you are interested in from the list of study programmes available.

Then, please fill in the application and save what you enter. As long as you have not yet submitted that particular application, you can amend it at any time. You can submit the application once you have correctly entered all the necessary information in full (status "OK"). You will then receive a confirmation email informing you about what happens to your application next.

I wish to submit more than one application.

You can only apply for one study programme with unrestricted admission, but for one or more study programmes with restricted admission. In such cases it is generally not possible to apply for different semesters of study on the same restricted study programme and degree.
