In der Lehrveranstaltung werden „klassische“ und „moderne“ islamische Rechtstexte in arabischer Sprache gelesen, übersetzt und interpretiert. Im Sommersemester sollen Rechtstexte mit Bezug zur ägyptischen Rechtsordnung im Maghreb im Mittelpunkt stehen.
